Spouse and Dependent Audit

Members receive one annual wellness preventive exam covered by the health plan each plan year. Only 38% of all members used their preventive exam in FY17, and less than 28% of men received one. The annual wellness exam is an excellent benefit for members, especially those who are over the age of 40.
Preventive tests are one of the many benefits of the annual wellness exam. Cholesterol tests, depression screenings, Type 2 diabetes screenings, and blood pressure tests are all available. By using the annual wellness exam in addition to the on-site health screening, members can have the opportunity to check their health two times a year. The earlier a serious medical condition is caught, the easier it will be to treat.
If you have not had an annual wellness exam during this plan year, you have until July 1 to take advantage of this opportunity. Complete your wellness exam now and enter the date into the portal after July 1, to earn 25 points towards the 2018-19 wellness qualification of 100 wellness points.
