Congratulations to all the Colorful Choices challenge participants!
Nearly 1,000 participants worked towards the goal of eating at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, with a minimum of 3 vegetables. Eating an abundance of fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet lowers your risk for many serious disorders, including heart disease and stroke. Produce provides nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

Our next challenge – Right This Weigh, will focus on a variety of healthy daily habits which will give you more energy and help you maintain a healthy weight. It may even help you lose weight and keep it off. Registration opens on Monday, December 19th and the challenge begins Monday, January 9th.
